The new low powered processor version (Falcon). It has a 175w psu instead of the older 203W version so runs quieter and produces less heat.

The 65nm units are starting to filter through, yes, but there's no way you can tell from the outside. They're not badged any differently, and it's not going to be treated as an upgrade.

Here's hoping they've fixed some of the heat issues with it.

I just changed mine to one with HDMI, its made a huge difference to the picture quality on my TV. I got mine from shopto.net but its not a Falcon 65nm one which is a shame. Go to a shop and look for 175w on the box to identify a Falcon 65nm.

Shopto.net are the cheapest for HDMI 360s, although as I said above there Zepher not Falcon ones at the moment.
