Go into the paint section and more specifically to the layers section. Select the side of the car that has the logo and click the green button and select "highlight all layers". Then again and select "save as group". Give the new group a name ("pistonhead logo" seems right) and then save it.

Now you can put any car in the paint shop and "apply layer group" or words to that effect, loading the "Pistonhead logo" group and applying it.

Not all of us use the standard version of the logo as sent around though, this is my own private livery used for all my Pistonhead racers back in the day when the game first came out...
