Using a console via a PC

Hi

Can I somehow link my PS2 to my PC so that I can play via the PC?

I have a TV card and a scart socket on the back of the base unit as well as many other connectivity options.

Can this be easily done as I have no clue how to do it?

Used to do it for my PS1. You might experience a bit of lag and there might be quality issues.

I used to use my PS2 through a TV card installed in a PC using the S-Video in. I found the quality was poor with the TV cards bundled software, but using DScaler instead improved things drastically.
