Just wondering where people buy their games so that I'm not paying over the odds.

For the moment looking for Nintendo DS games for the eldest daughters birthday, but also games in general...

Ebay, Shopto, GAME, Play, Amazon, Powerplay etc I always look at them all to get the cheapest and use Quidco to get cashback.

I use www.shopto.net myself, seem to always have the best deal. I use Play and Gamestation for a comparison

Don't rule out import companies like play-asia and renchi.com who are both good for region-free titles (DS being totally region-free).

And as pikey as it sounds...If you want a premium game, especially when it is released then you dont get much cheaper than Asda. Probably worth investing in a disguise though.

Agree on ASDA. And the big new one near me is pretty reasonable, although it does have an in-store McDonalds

Everytime I've been in my local Asda they never have the games I'm after, it's not a small one either, one of the Walmart heifers.

I use www.shopto.net for pretty much everything I buy, they seem to trump all the big chain stores, as well as the usual cheaper online shops.

And they don't generally stock the games when it turns to midnight and they are released. Tesco do however.

My local gamestation is pretty good but I find Game to give reasonable trade-ins.

Morrisons. I get my feul from them and for every £500 I spend, I get a £5 voucher. I've found the games are always the cheapest around and so it;s a bargain with another fiver knocked off!

Like most, Shopto.net, Powerplaydirect and any others!! Not forgetting Quidco on all of them, EBay included (only pennies, but it all counts). Powerplaydirect have a good deal at the moment Quidco percentage back, plus percentage off code as well!!!

AVForums usually flag up bargains, but they are few and far between.. Esp. on DS or Wii..

Some retailers can be good, but you need to be lucky/quick.. even PC World or Curries/Comet..
