Best PS3 deal?

Can anybody point a tight-fisted console novice in the direction of the best current PS3 deal please?

Any advice on what games to get? I fancy GTA4, Motorstorm and GT5 though I haven't played any of them. Are there any other must have titles for a petrolhead with a PS3?

I needed a new mobile (work gave me a blackberry so needed something for occasional use when I didn't want to see how many emails had piled up by Sunday afternoon) so got a Sony Ericsson on Orange Canary £30 per month and got a free PS3 from buymobilephones.net.

Ordered on a Monday, phone arrived Tuesday, sent of the gift claim on Wednesday, ps3 on Friday.

So if you happen to need a phone you can get one free!

GT5 Prologue is a £20 game though. You would be better off going for the £284.99 deal and adding £19.99 (£18.99 after code) for GT5 Prologue taking the total to £303.98 instead of £329.98 for the same games.

£27 saving.

I brought a 40GB from Game for £299.99 with TG5 and Rainbow Vegas 2 (or something like that). Sold the Vegas 2 on ebay for £35 so got the PS3 for £270 once postage and ebay/paypal have had there cash.
