Right chaps. It's ON.

Went to my bro's last weekend to play on his very impressive Wii/Plasma/WiiFit set up.

And proceeded to kick his bum on his ski jumping score, which he was most displeased about.

So after I left he spent the next 8 hours playing and I eventually got a picture at 5 in the morning of him having beaten my score.

He's got 357m for the total of the two jumps.

How do you do it though? I got 331 and thought that was good.

The bit I find most difficult is where to shift the balance during the flight; what works best? Too far forward and it seems to stall the flight?

We're playing again tonight and I need to get my title back biggrin

if you don't mond winning at all cost i've found this technique works rather well.

Start down the slope as normal

Jump late-ish at the end of the ramp with a large push

then the sneaky bit, hit the + button on the wii mote to bring up the pause menu, move your feet / body to a stable position (approx the same as on the slope 2/3 forward bias) and then hit continue.

If you get it correct jumpso f over 190m are possible.

I am closing in on a 400m total.

Let me know how you get on.
