At present, I have an analogue TV, a stereo amp, and a 360. I want to put the sound through the amp, but the problem is that the length of the wire is no where near long enough to stretch from the TV to the amp. I could put a wire from the headphone socket to the amp, but I'm sure this will affect sound quality somewhat. So, short of cutting the AV wire open to lengthen the individual wires, how can I get around this?

Get an audio extender. L/R phono to L/R phono. Works fine.

I've been searching on google, and so far haven't been able to find that though. Probably just my poor search technique.

ETA: found it now. Sorry

A few seconds on google:

I'm sure you could find it cheaper...but I doubt the extra time spent doing so would be worth it. biggrin

One of them and another cable, job done.
