Hi All i am coming to the end of my 1 month free membership of xbox live gold. I was wondering if anybody knows of any deals as i dont really fancy paying £40 for a years subscription. Im sure i read on here that you could get a years subscription for around £25?

Check ebay, there are a few powersellers on there that sell vouchers from the states, they will email you the code and you can usually get a years subscription for much less than £40.

Cheers for that will look on ebay now and see who i can find, also is there an easy way to add freinds, dont fancy tying the entire list from here out using the xbox control pad

Hi Guys,

Apologies for taking the thread slightly O\T:

Friend of mine has had a 360 for a couple of years, been playing various games quite happily offline but now he has decided to venture on to XBox Live.

He has sorted out his broadband connection and created a new Live profile but obviously all of his save data is still associated with the old HDD profile. Is there an easy way of transfering this to the new XBox live profile?

Or should he have used the 'upgrade' option on his exsiting profile?

I've done a quick google search but the results don't look promising...

Yeah I got this years subscription from Ebay for £25! That was 12 months + 1 month free.

Was a bit cautious about doing it but had no problems.
