Transferring Xbox 360 game saves to another Xbox 360.

Can I use a USB flash drive, or external HDD to transfer game saves from 1 xbox 360 to another one?

I bought a 2nd abox 360 and I would like to have all my forza data and saves transferred over.

I know it might, but im wondering if I can just use a USB flash drive I already have, save me buying any more junk!

No, won't let you do that, otherwise you could effectively plug in a USB hard drive and MS wouldn't make a killing on their official drives.

Im not talking about keeping saves and running them off USB flash drives, just transferring them.

Copy from xbox A to flash, copy from flash to xbox B.

My PS3 allows this.

Microsoft are thieving gits, you can't use an ordinary usb drive to do it I'm afraid, have to buy the MS memory card.

Cheers for clearing that up, I don't think I'll bother buying a memory card. Not giving in, I'll just start again with some games, I can always go back and play the first xbox.
