How much is a 60GB PS3 worth 2nd hand?

Well my 60 gig model packed up last night and I'm off to collect my replacement unit tonight, which will be the 80gig model. If your considering paying £300 for it I put thenew one up for sale on a few sites for £325 with 3 games. I'd take less from a pistonheader. And thats a brand spanking new one!
I'd say it depends what features you want from it as to which is the best deal for you.
The 80gb one will also have WiFi, so don't accept that from him as a reason for it being more expensive.
The main difference is the PS2 backwards compatibility on the 60gb version. If you don't have any PS2 games you'll be wanting to play then you might as well buy a new 80gb one.
Other differences are the 60gb version will have 4 USB ports on it, can play SACD's and has flash memory card readers under the flap on the front, so you could maybe take the card out of your digicam and look at the pics via your PS3.
The 80gb version has 2 USB ports, won't play SACD's and has no flash card readers.

well my 80 gig is now on ebay, £100 with 8 days to go, so going well!
I agree the 80 gig isn't the same machine as the 60, the look is awful, the 60 had lovely mirror finished silver bits, little chrome letters set in to the case, the new one looks like the silver bits have been painted with a rattle can!
That said your mad to buy one without warranty, this new era of games machine are not reliable.
