I am a bit of a know nothing when it comes to computer games, I only know of Counter Strike, which I used to play in School over the Network.

I bought a Wii as I need it for a project at work, the only memory I have of these things is queuing up all night, twice, to buy them to sell on eBay 2 years ago.

WHAT THE HELL?

How are these things so clever and advanced?

Right now I have Wii sports (came free) Trauma Centre and Mario Kart, all of these games are highly playable, just pick up and play, and the controllers- how clever!
I was thinking of selling it after I have finished my work project, but it will be here to stay.

Anyone suggest any other games that are good for it?

We have BULLY - scholarship edition. Quite amusing and violent without being gory. Play a school bully and basically fight and bully who you want as well as completing verious tasks. good fun but 1 player only i think

If you like the golf on wii sports find one of the Tiger Woods series, I have the 08 one now but the 07 version inspired me to go and buy a set of clubs to pop to the driving range and mostly collect dust.

get resident evil 4 great game good shooter, and a good story.

a good rpg is zelda, i got a bit hooked an played it for about 2 weeks non stop,(did stop to sleep, sometimes lol)

good racer, is ferrari challenge or need for speed pro street.

also if you like games you have to think about, i,e not action but you have to think about what to do with your units and where to build stuff to get most efficienncy. final fantasy my day as king(or something like that) on the wii ware is good, you have to go to the wii shop and download it. there are TONNES of good oldschool games on there.

red steel or red steel 2 is a good shooter, you also get katanas to fight with (japanese swords)

+1 Resident evil 4, superb game loads of hours of play in that

If you havent already bought an extra "wiimote" controller, get one in the wiimote and play game disc pack, the play disk has pool, a type of air hockey, an old style "blow up other tanks around a maze type thingy" and a few other simple but fun games

Ghost squad is cool for a shoot em up but get it cheap cos' its quite a limited one

Just bought the missus Lego Indiana Jones, starting that tonight.

Thanks for the reccomendations smile

Games are expensive though, makes chipping look like a more attractive option.

Some of them are upto £35!!!

Still better priced than Xbox games. Just sold mine because the Wii is much much more fun. Now I am arguing with the ebay buyer but that is another long story!!
