Any new Xbox 360 titles worth getting?

Getting a little bored of my current collection - any suggestions for new releases that deserve my hard earned?

So you know, played to death titles include:

COD4
GTA IV
Burnout Paradise
BF2 (actually, I've barely played this but it just doesn't float my boat)
Bioshock
Forza 2
TDU
PGR

I've downloaded most of the latest releases but have been fairly underwhelmed by them. Mercenaries 2 had me tempted, but once the (5 minute) novelty wore off I changed my mind.

Give it a month and Fallout 3 and Farcry 2 will be out. Closely followed by Gears 2.

Fable 2, Fallout 3 in a month, then Gears 2, followed by COD5.

I believe Wipeout HD will be swooshing its was to the PSN download store in the next couple of days...

Didn't do it for me. Got bored getting run over/blown up by tanks every 30 secs not to mention the spawn campers.

Had my eye on this one for a while, it's a must purchase for me as I love proper horror games.

Will prob also be buying Silent Hill, even though it's looking likely to be ste.

Other than that another vote for fallout 3 here, plus that Race Pro looks promising.

If you like FPS, then Bioshock is a must. One of the most original, enjoyable storylines ever.

I'd be inclined to hire it if you can - it's got a similar length to Halo 3, but Bioshock doesn't have a multiplayer.

Lost Odyssey, you can play that til death, and probably finish it just in time for GOW2

Mass Effect - very long

All can be bought 2nd hand for well under £10 so dont rent them.
