Kart Game for PS3 / 360, anything like CTR?

Are there any cartoonish kart games out there for the PS3 or the 360?
My boy ( and me too!) is addicted to playing my PS1 version of Crash Team Racing. Wondered if there is something as playable on the newer platforms.

the new quad racing gaming loks imense tho, cant remember the name tho, just come out 2 weeks ago i think

The quad game is called pure.

Very arcady but quite good! You can get the demo from marketplace

Thanks , Pure looks lite Motorstorm for karts. Looks fun, but there must be a mario kart type thing for one of the platforms.

none i an think of, think the closest is wipeout hd and pure, Oh try pixel junkies from the playstation store too
