PS3 bundle in the sales - where?

I saw some good PS3 bundles in sales on the run up to xmas, e.g. Argos were doing the 80GB for £287 with Motorstorm Pacific Rift, Litle Big Planet and Resistance 2, all games that I quite fancy. HMV had a similar deal going as well.
I was waiting for the post xmas sales but from a quick scan online today all the good deals seem to be gone! Did they sell alot of PS3s before xmas and we are unlikely to see further discounting?
Has anybody spotted good offers?
Basically I want a driving game, a FPS with multiplayer and online capability and something different (e.g. LBP). [edited to add - no football games such as FIFA]
Any recommendations? (don't say an Xbox pls. I considered it and have played on my brother i laws loads, but I definitely want a PS3. I also have aWii but it isn't immersive enough gaming, whilst I used to love my PS2)
