Silent Hill - Homecoming on PS3

We just went for a shop here in Italy, and I noticed, to my surprise, that this game was now out (€70!) I wanted it, but the wife told me to order it off Amazon.uk when we get home. I just logged on to order it, and it's not out 'till the end of Feb/beginning of March!
Any ideas as to why the delay for UK shops?

A shop near me had an import copy in second hand. I was told it was not very good. So didn't bother. It's only when I got home I noticed the release date in the UK..

Weird time to release..same time as Resident Evil!!
