Screenshots or in game images

How do you take screenshots? I'm not great at playing or tech stuff, but it'd be nice to know how to take some piccies...
The simplest and most random is to press screen print when in game. The more complicated route involves software like Fraps to run at the same time and either capture video and then do screen shots or if the game has a replay facility use that.
I am playing test drive unlimited which has a 'photo' facility built in, this allows the car to be located, posed, and then the lighting played with to produce effects like the two at the top.
I am going to reload NFS underground 2 and do some video captures too. TDU only allows replays the first time you win a race and as I still can't sort the sound on Fraps so it will have to wait until I start again.

ETA: I have loads more, also some from GT4 but couldn't pick just a few out, my post would end up seriously long!
Hydrogen cars will never catch on - apparently the handling goes all floaty

Is there a download for that? A friend of mine has just built himself an rFactor machine, but his predilection for 1979 ground effect F1 cars causes me difficulty. Hooning round brum in '87 BTCC cars sounds like a whole lot of fun.Doobs said:
