Hi,

I'd like to get a WW2 flight game, with the usual dogfights etc for the PS3. I saw one called Blazing Angels for sale - has anyone got any experience of it?

If not, are there any others I should consider?

Thanks

I think there is a version of Il-2 Sturmovik in development for consoles.

Might want to wait and see if this comes out in March:

Atari - Heros over Europe

Looks like a Battle of Britain type thing

Cheers for the replies. I had seen that one was coming out, but I only got the PS3 at Christmas and I'm an impatient scrote!

I'm not online yet (logistical reasons), so I reckon I'll bite the bullet and give it a try.

Thanks again, I'll report back on how it is.

Hi i am into flight sims myself and i believe soon there will be a good one being launched for the PS
I think UBISOFT are making it, they do the sturmovik range for the PC and they are excellent
The angels one you are talking about isnt a sim, the view you get when flying is from the tail end, if youve got a PC with good graphic and speed get the IL2 sturmovik ones they are brill Happy flying

yes It is the best, by a long shot, a good PC is great for a mission generator alled 'UberDemon', where you can add as many planes as you like, as well as ships, and land weapons, even V2 rockets! Flying as a Spit in-between 50+ JU88's and their ME 106 escorts is still much fun, or an ME 262 taking on 100+ B 17's....
