There should be a whole section on xbox.com that you can login to in order to manage the whole process.

There are also numbers and email addresses should you need to contact them on the site.

Thanks troops BUT i have 2 in for repair. The corr says its in warrenty and asks me to click a button to request repair. but when i do it get a page up like the one below:
