PS1 games on PSP

I would like to play PS1 games on my PSP. I am aware you can do this but is the process relatively easy to complete?

What is required and could anyone point me in the direction of a decent guide?

The idea of Command & Conquer Red Alert 1 on the PSP is really exciting

Playstation Store. Click PSOne classics and download. They'll cost you about £3 a go though.
