PS3 Problems

I've had my ps3 for just over a year, and its been great, but yesterday while playing the game froze a couple of times, now it wont play any discs, games, normal DVD's or blue-ray,

I dont play that much and would say it gets used 2-3 hours a week,

i have formated the drive and reset it, still doesn't work

any ideas????

I think a guy had work had the same thing, his wouldn't play anything all of a sudden. He contacted customer sevices and they arranged to get it swapped or fixed pretty quickly as far as I know...

Wow - you spoke to your PS3 and it organised a replacement? With the Xbox 360 you have to speak with an annoying call center apparently.

Sony like to be more efficient so its customers don't have to wait 2 weeks for a console fix.

Who knows, the PS4 might be a telepathic psychic machine. It will predict the day it will break and have its replacement ordered to arrive that morning. .
