I have a 8gb scandisk and the 360 can pick anything up on it.. any ideas?

It needs to be formatted in FAT or FAT32 for the Xbox to play it, NTFS is the work of satan according to the xbox.

Backup your movies on the PC the format it FAT32, copy back on, jobs a good'un
