Hi guys.
Can anyone help? I am at a stage of tlad where I can only see two White male icons on my map. Problem is when I go to them there is no one there. Am I missing something? If anyone can help or advise that'd be great.

If i remember, there is someone there, usally beside a car or something, but you have to walk towards them, the camera will focus upon that person when you are close

May be wrong though!

Well one is like in the middle of a building (south) and the other Is on a street corner (north). I've tried going back at various times but I havn't seen anyone.

I found this as well, the one by the building (need to go up stairs to get to it, and you can go in the building) is there at 4am-ish iirc, you just have to go at the right time, never had a problem with any of the other ones though.

I think they are only there at certain times (if it is the same as the main game that is ?).

If you don't get to them in time, they dissapear.

When I saw them, I just marked the spot and jumped in a cab to get there asap.

I noticed once or twice with these that they didn't appear, so I kept driving off a fair distance and coming back, eventually they'd appear. They may well be time-related. I don't think they're essential to progress with the main story though.

Are you sure you've not just got to give Stubbs a call on your mobile? Some of the missions won't progress until you've called a certain person on the phone.
