cant get onto Playstation Network - Please help

Hi All

For the last couple of days I have been unable to get onto Playstation Network and I am having COD4 withdrawal symptoms. whwn I run a connection test I get either:

Playstation Network failed
or
UPnP failed

Can anyone help?

Are you using a wireles router?

If so. They benefit from being reset every now and again. Leave it off for 20 mins, and start again.
