Hi people, I just wanted to start a topic so we could all put up a few Game Reviews reviews for some of the new releases simply due to some games being really too Easy, Hard, or if it's glitchy and locks up etc.

So If you could post a list of the games and a short review of it, then we could save some cash during these bleak times!

I've put below a list of the games I bought recently, with my opinion and a 1-5 star rating. Anyway the last few games I bought:

Godfather 2: Too easy completed in a weekend, crap graphics compared two GTA. I'm starting to think EA could be compared to Playmobil rather than Lego ***

CoD WaW 5: Awesome game both On and Off-Line though the grenades on Veteran get a little annoying *****

Fallout 3: Awesome Game but not set up for XBL massive map Recommended *****

Nice idea, however I use Metacritic and IGN usually for reviews.

Does IGN ever give a crap review to a mainstream game? I've never seen it happen. Asassins creed got 7.1 or something when I'd have given it a 5 or a 6.

Zero Punctuation is always spot on with his reviews.

Just for the sake of the thread, latest purchases reviewed:

Far Cry 2: Very polished but gets samey with little variation and you can't go back and explore once you have completed. Multiplayer good but mental and satisfying but it aint Battlefeild or CoD more like Blackhawk Down as a multiplayer.

Battlefeild Bad Company: A real slow burner, single player is a little lacking but enjoyable. The multiplayer starts frustratingly but experience and knowledge are well rewarded, to the point were it becomes about the best multiplayer around.

Race Driver Grid: Strikes a nice balance between earning cars and all out fun racing. Very varied as well and some neat touches. Well placed between Forza and Burnout.

Nice idea, but i tend not to read reviews anyway, as i like to have my own opinion of a game. Some things suit some more than others, so a game that one person thinks isn't worth buying, could be someone elses ideal game.

I'll stick to my trial and error with Game methinks.
