Halo ODST bonus feature unavailable outside US

Well Bungie have shat on us again - seems like the bonus feature in Halo ODST is only available if you pre-order AND you live in the US. The only retailers giving the bonus are in the US ( e.g. Amazon.com ) and they list the game as being unavailable for postage outside the US

The bds did the same with the Flame Warthog in Halo Wars too

This happens regularly, a different edition may be released for pal, as is sometimes the case, it happens both ways though, sometimes we get excellent special editions whilst NTSC gets crap.

Assasins creed springs to mind, NTSC was a steel tin with a small figurine, where as we got a 12" figurine.
