R4 help.

I have just purchased an R4 card for my DS. I have "backed up" a game onto it but, it will not play it, it says it's loading then went to a white screen. I have uploaded the 4 files needed onto my micro SD card. When I try and play the game, it says game loading then goes to a white screen. Also I have tried another game, but this one is appearing on my SD card when I have my computer open, but not on the DS menu. I'm so bad at anything technical!!!

Did you load the kernel files?

You only need to do this once.

And also AFAIK it only works on the ds lite, someone will probably correct me though.

Yes make sure you have installed the kernal files first, and try again.

but, The R4 is no longer supported, so the kernal files havint been updated in a long time, many new games will refuse to load but usually give an erro message about the save file or something along those lines.

There is a way to patch the games to work, searcg google for lots of info.
