Well, after about eleventy-billion years, there is finally going to be a Gran Turismo on the PSP.

Finally, a reason to dust the PSP off and actually use it!

The game has been limited to 4 players overall, 1 Human 3 AI in order to maintain the level of quality they (PD) were after. Not bothered by this at all, I'd rather have excellent graphics than half the detail on the cars for twice the opponents.

I'm not sure if it's going to be online, or linkable, but if it is, that should be fantastic.

bounce only a few months (years) to go!

This just looks like a weak copy of GT4 to me. A game that I have spent many 100s of hours playing and now holds no interest to me.

A port to the PSP wont make me want to start over again.

I cant wait. I am going to buy a PSP-Go! too, as the controls layout looks much nicer. I actually really like the PSP - it does games much better than the iphone, with a better screen and proper controls - and they're cheap now too.

I never got much chance to play GT4, my PS2 packed in about a week after I bought the game.

I replaced it with an xbox instead (Halo 2!!)

You sure the GT game for the PSP is for the PSP not the PSP-go?

I am holding onto my PSP just in case.

Yep, custom firmware and an ISO on a large memory stick.
