Adding PH gamer tags as friends...whats the etiqute?

OK...got COD4 and Xbox live sorted - want to add some PH to shoot at! Whats the done thing with regards the process...just use the sticky above and add the players that have listed their tag...or wait for an invite...like some sort of secret club/platinum amex

All you need is one or two names to get yourself into a lobby where you will undoubtably find more Pistonheaders to add, we're all a rather friendly bunch here and as long as you're realitively thick skinned and willing to take part in the piss taking then you'll find yourself very welcome online!
