I fancy something a little more sim like this time.

I thought Dirt was pretty good. has a decent amount of variation as well.Autocross, rally, hillclimb, offroad, etc.

You could try F1 Championship Edition if you like that sort of racing, that's quite sim like and probably cheap now as well
