..that the reviewers are NEVER racing game fans, and are never any good at the games? All the videos I have ever seen from any game website have driver-aids on, often including the racing line, and I have never seen a review by a sim-racer..

So, why is this? Why aren't sim-racers property catered for?

Blah blah blah waiting for Forza3 demo.

Sim racing can be a bit of a niche market, if you want in depth reviews try a dedicated sim racing website such as InsideSimRacing.

It may be that the more general websites want to give a review that is relevant to the most likely player/driver and the showing of driver aids in the videos allows people to see the features in use.

I think it also comes down to a lot of places wanting a journalist first and a gamer second.
