MW2 Whats your Ratio?

I know its prob pretty early to look @ ratio's and stuff. Also MW2 dosent have different Ratios for game types so its just one for all

I do find it funny when "Curry" and co can post threads about lap times etc surely they are similar to stats and that sort of thing or am I over looking something?

Lap times are a sign of skill on games like Forza, and they are very specific to the car you are driving at the time (e.g. the lap time is recorded against the specific vehicle and is ranked as so).

K/D ratio isn't the same as it can be achieved by constantly switching between servers/games and making sure you are on the best team. Anyone who is that interested in their K/D ratio will play to improve this, regardless of the style of game they are playing. From my experience people like this will always switch to games where they are on a dominant side to better their ratio.

My k/d ratio is about 1.10 at the moment, which is slowly improving as i'm playing the game. Do i care whether or not this is 1.10 or 0.8, nope. I just play the game and have fun.

I don't think you need to be on the best team to have a consistent K/D ratio, I'm quite content to be the top player on the losing team, so long as I'm hampering the opposition as best I can then I'm happy.

My comment was down to the fact that this is not the first thread you ahve started with an obvious idea to show that you are better then everyone else.

Me, I couldn't care less what my k/d ratio was or if my laptimes on Forza are any good (except for tuning house cars, as that is a different thing altogether). Gaming to me is all about fun, I have more fun racing/shooting with people then I do score whoring.

And don't spout this crap about people copying me, it just shows that alot of people think the same thing.

I see what you say regarding people jumping in and out of games to improve their stats but surely not everyone does that?? (might be wrong) KD ratio could also be camping based just a thought. But this thread was made to find out what the PH X360/PS3 MW2 players are like in the "killing" stakes not for curry y2blade etc to jump on the stat rolleyes band wagon.

Quite correct.

But believe me, I know/have known people who play online and jump to the best teams to improve their stats (this goes back to my old Counter Strike Source days). Me, I like to be on losing teams as it gives me more opportunity to shoot more peoples!

I understand what you are saying Mike. Please look at my first post and note the smiley. I didn't mean my original post to be taken too seriously! Nevermind.

Some game modes (like domination?) with the A,B,C capture points reward score more than k/d. That is probably why I like this mode more.

Anyways, have fun improving that ratio of yours.
