Greatest Game Soundtrack Ever?

Just for fun, what do you guys rate as the (lets say) Top 5 greatest game soundtracks of all time (including music, SFX and voice)?

I'll start off:

1) GTA Vice City - The soundtrack that made a game
2) Crazy Taxi - The Offsprng and Bad Religion, who needs anything else.
3) Mario Kart (SNES) - A perfect set of 'Ditty's' in a perfect game
4) Command & Conquer and C&C Red Alert - Great tunes, great FMV intros and Hell March
5) Gran Tourismo 2 - The Engine sounds and the music were spot on.

Also have to mention Goldeneye and Half Life for just being brilliant atmosperic sound tracks.

It's all too easy these days, but back before cd's were the norm, knocking out tunes like this on a few k of memory was simply amazing.The Amiga and ST advanced things of course, as did the CD32 etc, but it was still superb back then to hear such tunes using only a floppy disc (and who can forget games like Outrun which included the soundtrack on cassette) ...

I don't have a top 5 as such, but Vice City is still top - such an 80s cheese-fest that suits the game perfectly. The radio stations and adverts are ace too - Rusty Brown's Ring Donuts, anyone?

I think Fallout 3 does quite a job with the vintage songs on the radios and jukeboxes and the eerie music that plays even if you turn the radio off. It could have done with a few more songs, but in a post-apocalyptic world new records must be quite hard to come by! Bioshock's score (along with its visuals) also make what would have been an average game rather good (IMO).

GTA - the first one. Fantastic radio stations, unforgettable quotes.

Other than that - Quake 2 - NIN shredding while you run around blasting disfigured aliens with your railgun

I still have both those soundtracks and listen to them in the car!

I think everyone's fist GTA they listen to would be the best, but for me the original GTA is unbeatable.
