MW2 Execution

How do I do this, I got it once on favela and it made me all gooey, how do I do it again?

Kill someone when they're in Last Stand or Final Chance I think... basically when they're sat on their arse bleeding out.

You have to get them in the head when they're down like that too for it to count as an execution.

I put some guy on Last Stand and chucked a flashbang at his head to finish him off as you could in COD4, and it didn't kill him. Neither did the actual explosion, which also finished people off in COD4. I also shot him once, which didn't kill him either. He then span round and guned me down, all on Last Stand. Are people seriously that hardy on Last Stand in this game, or was there some foul play involved here?

There does seem to be a greater survival rate for last stand in this game, but it's still one of the more useless perks in my eyes. It could be that he was using the final stand death streak though which may be even hardier as I quite often manage to kill people off in that, it lets you use your primary weapon and provided you survive (killing off the lone attacker usually ensures that) you then stand up and can carry on playing, best one of the death streaks if you ask me as you can effectively come back from the dead.

I think they have made it less likely for you to get last stand though. I'm pretty sure if you take a shot to the head or a whole clip in the torso then you won't go into last stand.

Also are you sure they aren't in 'Final Stand' from a deathstreek and not 'last Stand' from the perk.

I thought, but could be wrong, that I got one for knifing someone who was down as well.

i do think that the death perks are better than just being able to have them like in the old game.

Should call that a mercy killing... I do like the assisted suicides when you shoot someone just as they're jumping down somewhere and the extra damage causes them to die when they hit the ground.
