What's up with these Forza 3 Unicorn cars?

I came across two unicorn cars on the Auction House last night put up for sale by T10. They were the RX-7 Type R, and the Subaru Impreza S204. I didn't bid as the price instantly went upto multi millions, but i watched the auction and the final price for the Subaru was over 150 million credits!
Now, is it me, or is T10 basically encouraging people to do the money glitch? The game has been out for just a month. How can they possible expect people to have that kinda cash? And there is now a rant on the FM forum on how people who have used the money glitch could possibly be facing a Xbox Live ban and a ban from playing FM3 online. Would they be allowed to do that? I'm against using the money glitch, but surely it's abit too far banning people from Xbox Live for using it, thus rendering there other online compatible games useless? Why should they be banned for using the money glitch when it's T10s fault for the glitch being there in the first place.

tbh its their game they can do what they like?? i got banned for 2 weeks for putting a logo with 'F(*symbol)CK' on it... they also wiped my storefront. lovely chaps. had i not been on holiday i would have been amazingly annoyed!

I'm not sure whether that was directed towards players of FM3, or T10.If it was the latter, then i agree and disagree. I agree that it's there game and they have the power to do such things, but i do not believe they have the rights to ban people from XBL totally for it. Not only would this bring in less money for Microsoft, but it will also take an absolute age to do. The ammount of people using the money glitch will quite easily be in the hundreds of thousands.

+1 Money glitch or no money glitch.I’ve not played online (no internet... hopefully sorting it out this week), and I think I’m on Level 45, and have not bought ANY cars and upgrades and I have only just under 5 millions.
Would love to have S204 but will never have enough money for that.
