Anyone want to hack my Xbox Gamertag?

Right this is a last resort, having played a bit of FM3 on my old xbox before I sold it I now cannot log onto my gametag "lost in espace" with my new box.

I cannot log in to xbox.com or recover my gamertag with the xbox, I keep getting the "The e-mail address or password is incorrect. Please try again." error message on my pc. I can reset my password no problem, I get the email from Microsoft and follow the instructions. Then I cannot log on to live or passport or whatever it is called from my pc, and my xbox won't recognise my gamertag/password. I am using the correct username and caps lock is off!

I usually use Chrome, but have tried the suggestions found on google with IE8 again to no avail.

My email address is cjstephenson at gmail.com and my password is temporarily "pistonheads" if anyone can hack my account and get the bugger working I would be most appreciative. There is no sensitive info that I can think of that anyone can access apart from my account, if there is feel free to tell me that this was a stupid idea. Microsoft were not much help when I asked.

I would be most appreciative if any fellow PH'er could have a go at hacking my account!

I don't think you can use Gmail accounts for any passport/M$ services - are you sure you haven't used a different address, ie; hotmail.co.uk or live.co.uk?

Most likely your gamertag has been cancelled by Microsoft for some reason. Was it a gold one that you haven't kept the payments up on?

I don't think it would be a payment issue.

If i remember correctly, if you fail to have the dosh to re-subscribe your XBL account, you will still keep your Gamertag and information, but won't have access to LIVE again until you pay for a new subscription.

Look's to me as if it's GMAIL giving him the issue. Contact Xbox Support.

Depends how you have it setup to pay. If you pay via annual credit/debit card subscription and they can't take the money for some reason, they will warn you and after a few months they will cancel your gamertag account and it cannot be reactivated. Symptoms are the same as the OP.
If you pay via a non-recurring payment, your sub reverts to silver until you repay.
