PS3 - Xbox - Wii - PS2 - etc. Game Swaps

Would people be up for this?
Basically the idea is games are swapped between members with no money changing hands, you can either rent it for x days or permanently swap it, both of these would be free transaction with the only stipulation that both sides
must trade a game.

If people wanted I could work as an escrow to ensure people aren't potentially sending their game and getting nothing back.

I'd be up for this, wouldn't be happy swapping with people who have just arrived on the forum, but any of the usual xbox lot I can trust... Maybe.

I was trying to think of a way to do it so anyone could be the escrow but i've no idea how unless you used a paid for escrow service but that sort of misses the point.

Oh, and Silent1 - do you not run the risk of having to pay out to post all the games all over the place if people post them to you? Or do you wish for people to include a cheque made out to you to post on? (still be cheaper than what you get from shops IMHO).

I hadn't thought about the postage cost, I'll have to see how much it'll cost before I decide of I can afford to do it, or if people will have to send a SAE

Why not take a deposit from anyone interested in joining the scheme? Not a membership fee, but a reserve that can be used for postage costs?

PS3 - at the mo I have Skate, LBP, Soul Caliber 4, NFS Undercover, GT5P, Guitar Hero Aerosmith and World Tour, Sonic Unleashed and Tomb Raider, all available for loan/swaps.

Not a very good list if I'm honest, but all playable.

Would be interested in pretty much anything apart from things like Silent Hill etc., horror type games put the sts up the missus and I have to put up with her nightmares!!!

I'd be interested in being involved in this, IME from selling on eBay it will generally cost £1.30 ish to post a game (50p padded envelope + 80p postage)
