Forza 3: Season mode

Right, I'm 30% complete of the game as of now. Is anyone nearly finished? And is there anything different from 40-mile R1 races? Getting slightly bored of it now.

I'm on Year 7 and it's just really repetetive.

Also, the Achievement, 'Get gold in every race' (Ir something like that), is that when I'm 100% complete? Up to now I've finished 1st every race, so how many races are there?

When you select 'go race' instead of season play, go onto the event list. shows you all the races :P

Sorry, but what were you expecting from a racing game? Aliens? Donkeys? Puzzles? Three legged aardvarks with tail mounted potato launchers?

I must admit, I got bored of FM3 far quicker than I would have expected, TBH the R3/R2/R1 races are not really my cup of tea. I haven't come across any drag races yet either...

They are in there but they're tedious and only run over and eighth of a mile.

There's no need to do any more seasons past year 6, as it just continually repeats the R1 season.

Just crack on with the event list from that point. I'm 62.something% through it now - just mopping up for the last 80 points for my 1000/1000.

Rather than make races more interesting, the Forza way is just make them all longer and thus more boring. I've just done the Fiat 500 championship - 6 races, each 12 minutes long - in an E/208 car. I've had more interesting sts...

Once I've got this last achievement, I'm going back to FM2 - they've ruined the online in FM3 imo and it's got nowhere near as much staying power as FM2. Granted FM2 hasn't got the flash graphics, but it's perfectly acceptable - FM3 really should have been called FM2.5.

Yeah, I don't know why they do that, one of the R1 races was 20 minutes long and I ended up lapping everyone bar the Peugeot and Audi diesels.

The graphics look almost identical to me.
