Eye Of The Beholder I, II, and III

Where is the best place to download these? Also, how do I make it work on a Windows XP System with dual core processers etc etc etc. I've tried using DOSBOX but the game wouldn't save, or load any level other than Level 1. My Dad really wants to start playing it again (if you haven't played it, do, it's an amazing game).

Classics. I remember completing EotB1, and you could import you goons right into EotB2. Many hours lost.

Anyway, they're both listed as Abandonware now:

Thankyou muchly! Yes, EOB2 was a beast. Our players, transported from EOB1, were ridiculously good by the end of that game. Dran was a complete motherfungler to kill though.....he never seemed to follow a set pattern in the game, he'd always be completely unpredictable. Did you play EOB3?

Also, it doesn't say how to re-open the game, or close it, from DOSbox? Does anyone know how to do this?

Just tried it, the instructions say to "Locate and right click on the Dosbox config file. Click "open with" & select notepad.". Couldn't find this anywhere. Where will it be?

Wow, thanks for reminding me of this, just downloaded it myself on abandonware and now wasting hours of my weekend


Running on dosbox is no problem, you don't need the link, just do navigate to the directory were EOTB lives via the dos-prompt and then use the START command.

If you need help let me know..
