They're around the 130 mark at the moment which is pretty good value IMO.
The G27 is supposed to be marginally better, worth noting that whilst the G25 has a switchable sequential/6 speed H shifter, the G27 doesnt, opting for the sequential alone.

Cheers Marf. This is what happens when you move to a new house and can have a games room - G25, Wheel Stand Pro (obvious choice I'm assuming) and decent seat = expensive business! I'd be happy to pay circa £130 - last two I watched on fleabay went for over £175 so might have to sit tight a while. Can't really jutify forking out on a G27 when I need the rest of the set up.
With any luck my GT5 times will improve significantly - the GT5 demo I downloaded last week was the final straw, it's just such an arse with a controller. Only had about half a dozen laps but I'm struggling to worry the top 3,000 times!

There are none left anywhere. Best I found was £119.99 at Dixons/Currys & PC World. All out of stock presently. Like the OP I shall be holding fire at the moment. Why not have this Play one, presume it comes with a car at this price? http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/3437165/Logitech-G25...

Because I distinctly remember a post on here where someone asked what use was the sequential anyway, and someone replied with the answer for rally games like dirt.

I got mine in the summer, with all the deals on then I was worried it was a clearance thing and the G27 would replace the G25 rather than sit alongside it in the Logitech lineup. Looks like that's what has happened, if so it's a shame since there's a big gap (in both quality and price) between the cheaper wheels and the (imho) overpriced G27...

If you're looking on ebay then do a search for the odd G25 that gets slightly mis-listed, for example late last week one went for £100 as a buy-it-now because the seller listed it as a "G-25" which prevented it showing up on most people's searches. There was another that sold for about £130 listed as "G 25" with a space, again that didnt show up if you just searched for G25.
If you're considering spending G27 prices though then have a good look at the Fanatec wheels, because for about £300 you can get one with rather gorgeous machined aluminium pedals. Certainly where my money would go.

Just bringing this up again but having emailed a few sites selling the G25 all have told me that this is now discontinued and they can only get the G27. I have emailed Logitech but as of yet I have had no response. The price of the G27 doesn't really put me off but the reviews of it do compared to the G25. Seems a big shame.....(shuffles back to eBay)
As mentioned above, have a look at the Fanatecs if the price of the G27 doesn't put you off, because they generally seem to get favourable reviews against the G25. You get two seperate gear shifters (one sequential, one H gate 6 speed), and if you get the TurboS model its compatible wirelessly with the Xbox360 as well as PC and PS3.

Same for the Fanatech imho. The main reason for the Fanarec purchase (well wife bought it for christmas after a little prompting) is the ability to use it on either the 360 or PS3 rather than buying another wheel and have to keep changing over wheels and pedals each time.
