Had same title (or similar one) about 10 years ago for PC. I was pants at it - pretty easy to get killed, at least as a marine it was.

Quite scary too - aliens jump out on you, fast fkers too.

Oh man this is memories. We used to play this when it came out on our 'link up' nights (LAN party in todoays terminology).

Always loved running around the walls and ceilings and chomping your mates GI head off or cutting them in half with the tail cos the alien is really fast

I still think this is one of the scariest games ever. Play it on the hardest level solo as the GI

Since AvP2 came out, the internet has really taken off, and online play is bigger than ever.

With that in mind, I'm really loooking forward to the Multiplayer aspect of this game!

AvP2 was fun, but limited...and didn't really favour being an alien too much (too many open spaces and not enough closed corridors, etc).

This one...could be absolute carnage

Downloaded the original this weekend. The soundtrack and atmosphere still manages to make the old sphincter twitch despite the game looking seriously dated now

Personally i am really looking forward to the new version as i have always been a big AVSP fan.. i used to play the first one online and although it was buggy/laggy as hell i still managed to enjoy it. I expect this one to be everything the first one was trying to be - and more.
