Best storyline in a game

Both call of dutys were brilliant, but sadly miles too short.

IMO (I know no one will agree with this) it has to be MGS4.

Although it seems more like a movie than a game, I absolutley loved it - I was on the edge of my seat at certain times. Nothing else comes close, apart from maybe Uncharted2....

I loved going back to Shadow Moses Island in MGS4, I was amazed that I still remembered where everything was.

20 minutes though? the Final cinematic on mgs4 is 1 hour 20

It was indeed, the game i miss. Hopefully the sequel will live up to it.

I thought Silent Hill (1 & 2) was pretty good too.

Immensely enjoyed the GTA: San Andreas.

GTA: Vice City
GTA: San Andreas

They're all pretty immersive with loads to do on the side of the main story, especially San Andreas.
