PS3 Freezing

Help

Today my PS3 has taken to freezing, however so far appears to be only at the end of online games of COD. I had a play on GT5p earlier to see if it was a common prob however that played perfectly, and it only appears to be doing it as above.

Thoughts?

Now have MGS4 on but still working fine
