MW2 - WTF's going on????

seen loads of people moaning about this, what game type is that under? I play 4 hours a night every night since release date and never had any of these glitches, not that i want them but seems odd that so many people are complaining and that its never happened to me....?

Had it a couple of times but not a lot to be honest, I just leave as soon as it becomes apparent.
It's some kind of hack, I really do not understand the fascination with it myself, it renders the game totally unplayable. I imagine it's just kids doing it, they seem to obsess over any glitch/ hack/ whatever, regardless of how useful it is.

Hardcore HQ Pro (the last choice on the list) as its my favourite type of game.i'm on Xbox by the way

Must have been care package? Any kills you get from care packages don't count to your kill streak.

I dont really use Pavelows, as I have Predator-Harrier-Chopper, but I assumed it would work like Harrier.

Yes, there is a glitch with the Pave Low where it will not contribute towards your current killstreak unless you get a kill yourself after calling it in, and before it gets a kill. There's also a glitch where a care package Pave Low will count towards your killstreak - I know this is definitely true as I've experienced it myself.I guess they still haven't fixed it.

It was not a care package, just normal. I called it in and waited so I could get my chopper gunner.Musty have racked up at least ten kills without getting it.One kill on my own and then bamb.Upgraded. Think I might move to stealth bomber. Desperatly want to get the carpet bomber title. That and the friends/enemys with benefits!!
I've also had an issue with Stingers missing Harriers and Hind's. They are supposed to be 'one shot kills' with a stinger as they don't have chaff like Pavelow/AC130/Chopper Gunner, but sometimes the Stinger still misses?! Don't know how/why.
(Yes, it locks on as it won't allow you to fire without lockon. And No, it's not hitting a building or something, it just goes right by the plane or heli.)

I have noticed that with the Harriers recently - I think its the angle the missile goes towards the Harrier, and hits the wash from the thrust going down.
If you move to change the angle, it generally works on the 2nd attempt.
(I'm sure it used to be 100% success when locked on though)
