Just had a PM on Forza from one of the top painters, looks like someone has cracked the paints, although it doesn't mean they can be bought unlocked, someone has managed to copy paints and are selling them on the AH.

Get caught playing hacks on the 360 = ban

Don't think there is much hacking going off on 360 or PS3 compared to the previous gen, usually it's down to the game being flawed (e.g. mw2) rather than the console.

theres alot on the 360 truth be told, aim bots to modding the settings of games and so on etc, think you mean glitches which is flaws in games

Aim bots would require code to run on the client. No unverified code can run easily on the 360 because the machine has a digital signature check which no one has cracked. The other way of getting an aim bot to work would be to decode the network data and somehow modify that, and if that was somehow possible (it would be _very_ hard to understand how it worked in the first place) then it would affect any platform (ps3, pc, etc).

I think gears-of-war had some config files which could be changed on disc (using a mod chip) but not only did the modders end up getting banned but the game got updated to stop it happening.

there isnt nor has been a mod chip for the 360, the drive requires flashing

lol, the gaming scene is pretty much all I do, PC gaming mainly, . I have got an xbox, but only for Forza 3, don't really like the idea of having to play online either, so I'm definitely not a fan of the xbox.

Can't see anything wrong with my post.

Xbox has continually outsold the PS3. I'd put money on there being more 360 owners than PS3 owners.

Now Carl set this thread up for the Forza players to keep an eye on things.

Now the Xbox lot have behaved for quite a while now, no comments on PS3 issue threads, but as soon as a hack comes out for an Xbox only game, then the 360 is once again flawed and these are brought up by you bd fan-boys.

Us xboxers obviously have much more of a life than you Paul.

I don't wish to rubbish all PS3 players, as it is a good console, but I prefer the Xbox is all. I enjoy reading the PS3 threads and may purchase one one day, as a media centre and possibly for GT5 when it comes out, but this is a maybe.

So in summary, this thread was for a specific discussion regarding a specific game, if you have no comments of further experiences of the hack thats being discussed, then just don't comment.

look like i keep saying i play on my 360 REGUALLY FFS im not a fanboy, just stating the truth and what people are doing etc, im constant in the modding scene myself, not been big headed etc, but know practicaly everything going just these people that dont know facts bite back because they dont like to hear

This forza thing aint an issue its alot easier to use storefront than the auction, tbh doesnt bother me shouldnt bother anyone even painters.

The economy in forza aint exactly bustling either, its just there and i rarely use SF anymore except for paints and i will always buy on storefront rather than auction house anyway.

(occationally look for cars that may be selling cheap on auction house but only if the garage rate is far to high i.e reventon etc)
