SpeedBall 2 - why can i not find it on Xbox Live Arcade?

So used to love this game - was having a nostalgic moment and thought i would see if it was still out there.

A quick web search shows, By all accounts, it was launched on Arcade yet any searches i have made recently come up with nothing.

Any help would be appreciated...

ps. would be perfect game for the iphone!

It was launched on XBOX live some time ago. i downloaded the demo. When I came to buy it i couldn't.

AFAIK The studio that owns the IP went under, and therefore it was pulled off XBOX.
