What's the easiest free way to get a DVD onto PSP?

When I was working away I would just download a torrent of the dvd as I always found it easier than ripping a copy. I then used Videora to convert it to PSP format. I always found the quality to be pretty good.

I did on occasion rip a dvd, but it took too long and was a bit of a faff compared to the torrent approach. I took the philosophical outlook that as I already owned the disc I wasn't really breaking any rules by torrenting. Yes, I am fully aware that my philosophy still breaches copyright law.
