On the list for putting stuff on your desktop as the background, , how can I delete a saved photo which I have been using?.

No big deal, but I am selling on the laptop, and the desk top background is a photo of my 3 month old grand daughter, is it easy, or not?.

Not really worried, but just thought I would delete it before I pass it on.

It depends which version of Windows you're using (assuming it is windows). In windows 7 (and I'm assuming Vista) it's in C:\Users\<user id>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

For XP I think it's C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\

Um, totally wipe the laptop and re-install Windows before you sell it!!

I'd do this. You'll be leaving all sorts of 'footprints' behind otherwise.
