done the secondary code check and its either the AV caple, the ANA chip or the GPU, so gonna get a friends cable tomorrow, if that dont work looks like ill be buying a new xbox.... if i keep my HD and buy an arcade is it a simple case of plug and play, while keeping all my DL data, maps, car packs etc.

Also need to call xbox live support, i dont know my windows live details so wouldnt be able to use my HD data, i cant remember what i had for dinner yesterday let alone what i used 3 years ago.
