PS3 Steering Wheels...in prep for GT5

I have a G25 but hate it on Prologue as there is a ridiculous amount of self centering, and there isn't an adjustability feature for the degrees of rotation. Worst of all I have heard that there won't be further adjustability in the full game, so it could end up being just as bad! Oh well, it's still good fun playing with the Dualshock
If you game cross-platform - the Fanatec Porsche 911 Turbo S wheel (and clubsport pedals) is awesome and is AFAIK the only wheel to work on all three platforms (PS3, 360 and PC).
Its expensive - but very very good. pedals particularly; serious german engineering, and a load-cell brake.

I use a Logitech Driving Force Pro - it's the predecessor to the G25. Simple design, 900 degree steering, good mechanics and feedback. The G25 would be the top option for me, though I haven't researched since I was in the market a few years ago. 900 degree steering, separate gated gearstick, clutch pedal etc etc.
I had the xbox steering wheel then my wife bought me the Fanatec Porsche Turbo S, I thought the xbox was good but in retrospec it was sloppy and plasticy, the Fanatec is superb and almost without fault, the problem being the price and an annoying high pitch intermittent noise it can produce.
But the actual feel in every way is just superb.
As someone said, if you have an Xbox and Ps3 its the only choice really.

Hmmm, the Porsche wheel looks good but cannot see anyone selling it? Any ideas where you would get one?
Apparently the G27 is supposed to be better than its predecessor but its a lot of moolah......

I got the Logitech GTP wheel (its supposedly for GT5). Its OK for me, not too expensive, 900 degrees etc, and you can adjust abs/TC etc on the move. Apparently the G27 is supposed to be better than its predecessor but its a lot of moolah......

Well got the Logitech Driving Force GT wheel, not the G25 or G27. Cannot get the G25 for less than £150 ish and £230 for the G27....so I got this one for £50 I am happy, (off a friend of a friend, never used, jobs a good 'un)
Sure it's not as nice as its leather bound friends but it gets good reviews so we'll see. Would have liked clutch and proper gear change but this will do for the price.
