Recomend me a -cheap- steering wheel

Im going to be on the market for a steering wheel set up, v soon, although the the max price i can pay is around £50. Although there may be a little give in that.
Needs to work on p.c and also ps3 (because i might be geting a ps3 purly for gt5 with a mate at uni)
, preferably something that can be light bolted to the desk or similar.
With this budget, i suppose i'm limited with "flappy paddles" and no clutch pedal?
